| Transfer of bookings | Transfer of bookings or changes to our all-inclusive offers are only possible after prior consultation with us. The costs incurred for these changes shall additionally be invoiced on a T&M basis. |
| Cancellation terms |
Cancellations or changes to bookings 7 days prior to arrival are cost-free. Cancellations or changes to bookings one day prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 40% of the total accommodation price. In the case of late cancellations or changes to bookings as well as of no show, overnight stays are subject to a cancellation fee of 80% of the total accommodation price. |
| Children and additional beds |
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for one of the available beds. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for a baby bed. All older children or adults are charged 20,00 EUR per night and person for additional beds. One room can accommodate two additional beds/baby beds. Additional beds and baby beds can only be supplied on enquiry and must be confirmed by the hotel. Extra costs are not shown automatically in the total sum and must be paid separately and directly at the hotel. |
